2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund:

    • Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-refundable.

    • Personalized items that are specially made or customized for you cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

3. Refund Process:

  • Please provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
